Set in the 2080s of an apocalyptic America. An invasive cybernetic-kind known as the "XIRE program" are terrorizing civilizations with genetic and computer-linked viruses. V-Watch, Roxaca City's mercenary organization, are tasked to exterminate the pests, but end up discovering a bigger mystery behind them.

The 2110s, a revolutionary decade for healing the once dystopian world. V-Watch, reformed into a spy-mercenary organization, roams the new Roxaca metropolis to ensure a future cyberprep, however is being set back by undercover terrorists that plan to exterminate a forgotten society of cyborgs and androids.
